ORDER PROCESSING:

All orders require an upload of legal photo id that provides proof of 21+ years of age, and matches the name of the person to whom is being delivered.

Purchaser must be present for delivery, have proof of age/identity for delivery, as all deliveries must be signed for by purchaser.

Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP –  CBD Plus Gold 975 Texas Highway 121, Suite 175, Allen, TX 75013

Orders can be picked up daily, from 11AM to 8PM Monday through Saturday, 12PM through 5PM Sundays. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the “continue to shipping” button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders placed before 4PM, Monday through Saturday during our store hours 11AM through 8PM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email or text with real-time delivery information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using Fedex [delivery standard is 2 – 7 days]. Shipping rates are based on size plus weight of item, and delivery distance from 75013 Allen, Texas.  We do not ship outside of the United States of America at this time.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales at CBD Plus Gold are final.  We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refund requests.  We will assist with finding lost shipments, however all online purchases are final.  Once the purchase receives a registered tracking number via a delivery service provider, CBD Plus Gold designates this sale to be complete and final; ineligible for any return, exchange, or refund.

In the event that your order does not arrive or arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@cbdplusgold.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis but will make our best attempts to work towards a satisfactory solution.
